Facility ManagementThe Thyssen Schachtbau Immobilien GmbH administers the real estate inventory of the THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU Corporation across Germany for their own, as well as for external requirements. Included in this portfolio are mainly office buildings and workshops, but also land and industrial sites.
For many years TSI has invested in several modernisation and rehabilitation projects in the fields of climate and environment protection, for example the economic utilization of a photovoltaic plant on the existing roofs of the industrial area Sandstraße in Mülheim an der Ruhr, which is with 320 kWp one of the largest plants in the region.
